STAFF TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION SYSTEM

九拍師資培訓(xùn)體系快速培訓(xùn)上崗教師。九拍每年舉辦4-5期全國(guó)師資培訓(xùn)，針對(duì)教師進(jìn)行全面解決“教什么”、“怎么教”、“如何正確理解爵士鼓演奏技術(shù)？”、“九拍獨(dú)創(chuàng)的集體課教學(xué)法、課堂有效訓(xùn)練法、拇指教育理念如何理解和應(yīng)用？”等教學(xué)實(shí)際問題。所有接受總部培訓(xùn)的教師，均頒發(fā)《師資認(rèn)證證書》。

Nine Beats staff training system aims to let teachers teach instantly after intensive training. Each year, Nine Beats hosts 6 staff training programs, focusing on commonly-seen questions like “what to teach”, “how to teach”, “how to understand drum-set performing skills”, “how to understand and put Nine Beats self-developed teaching methods into practice, such as Nine Beats Collective Teaching Method, Effective Class Training Method and Thumb Education Concepts” etc. Trainees will be awarded “Teacher’s Qualification Certificate” by Nine Beats Headquarters after training and the name list will be released on the official website.
